Social Media Executive
We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and tech-savvy Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is designed to help support our social media efforts, build brand awareness, and engage with our audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, has a keen eye for detail, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X-Twitter, Linked In, Quora, Pinterest etc.)
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and build an online community
- Monitor social media trends, relevant news, and competitor performance to help refine strategy
- Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing posts, videos, and graphics
- Analyze performance metrics and report on engagement, growth, and other KPIs
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices
- Conduct hashtag research and optimize posts for discoverability
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships when needed
- Support in other marketing or administrative tasks as required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Familiarity with popular social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X-Twitter, Pinterest, Linked In, etc.)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
- Graphic design or video editing experience is a bonus
- Gain hands-on experience in managing and growing social media accounts
