Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management:
- Create and post engaging content daily on Facebook and Instagram.
- Monitor social media trends and respond to audience engagement in a timely manner.
- Influencer Management:
- Identify and reach out to potential influencers for collaborations.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with influencers to promote our brand and products.
- Ad Campaign Optimization:
- Monitor and optimize all ongoing ad campaigns on platforms like Amazon, Google, and Meta.
- Analyze ad performance metrics such as CTR, ACOS, ROAS, and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies for engagement and growth.
- Experience in managing influencer collaborations.
- Proficiency in digital marketing terminologies like CTR, ACOS, ROAS, etc.
- Ability to analyze data and optimize digital ad campaigns for better results.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- A passion for social media, digital marketing, and online engagement.
- Willingness to work in Rourkela.
