We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media coordinator to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive social media strategies for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of various social media platforms, be creative, data-driven, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve client objectives and goals.
Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms.
Content Creation and Curation:
Create engaging and shareable content tailored to each social media platform.
Curate relevant content from various sources to supplement organic content.
Community Management:
Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions on social media channels.
Monitor and manage online reviews and ratings.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute meta & google advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies as needed.
Analytics and Reporting:
Use analytics tools to measure the success of social media campaigns.
Provide regular reports to clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice and goals.
Stay Abreast of Platform Updates:
Keep up-to-date with changes and developments in social media platforms.
Evaluate and recommend new platforms and technologies to improve campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their best practices.
Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools.
Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
Certifications in social media marketing or related fields are a plus.
