Position: Video Content Creator / Social Media Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Content Creation
Plan, shoot, edit, and produce engaging videos (tutorials, product demos, interviews) for platforms like Instagram, You Tube, and Facebook, including Instagram Reels.
Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines.
2. Content Creation & Design
Develop visually appealing images, graphics, and copy for social media.
Edit content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
3. Social Media Management
Execute a cohesive social media strategy and manage the content calendar.
Engage with followers and respond to comments to foster community.
4. Trend Awareness
Stay updated on social media trends and platform features.
Analyze competitors to keep content fresh and relevant.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor social media performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
Utilize analytics tools to assess content effectiveness.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (freshers are encouraged to apply).
* Proven experience in video content creation and social media management (internships or relevant projects can be considered).
* Proficiency in design and video editing tools.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
