- Oversee and manage operations and maintenance activities of the entire building.
- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, electrical systems, and other mechanical equipment.
- Supervise a team of technicians and maintenance staff during assigned shifts.
- Monitor equipment performance and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair and maintenance work.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Handle shift scheduling and manage overtime as per legal requirements.
- Proven experience in operations and maintenance of commercial or residential buildings.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC systems and electrical installations.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Good leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
