Security Architect
Project Role : Security Architect
Project Role Description : Define the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. Document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations.

Summary: As a Security Architect, you will be responsible for defining the cloud security framework and architecture, ensuring it meets the business requirements and performance goals. You will document the implementation of the cloud security controls and transition to cloud security-managed operations. Your typical day will involve designing and implementing security solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of data in the cloud environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Design and implement security solutions to protect cloud environments. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data. - Conduct risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate security risks. - Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Assist in incident response and security incident management. - Train and educate team members on security best practices. - Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments. - Develop and maintain security policies and procedures. - Monitor and analyze security logs and events. - Implement and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions. - Provide guidance and support to junior security professionals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM). - Experience with cloud security frameworks and architectures. - Strong understanding of security principles and best practices. - Knowledge of security technologies and tools. - Experience with security risk assessments and mitigation strategies. - Familiarity with industry standards and regulations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. - Experience with security incident response and management. - Knowledge of encryption and cryptographic techniques. - Understanding of network security protocols and technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity Access Management (IAM). - This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
