Job Overview: We are seeking a talented and imaginative Screenwriter to join our creative team at BLACKENSYS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling and a strong understanding of narrative structure, character development, and dialogue writing. You will be responsible for crafting compelling scripts for various media, including web content, promotional videos, and other multimedia projects. Key Responsibilities:
Write and develop original scripts for various formats, including short films, advertisements, web series, and corporate videos.
Collaborate with directors, producers, and other creative team members to brainstorm and refine ideas.
Conduct research and gather information to ensure authenticity and accuracy in storytelling.
Create detailed outlines, character sketches, and dialogues that resonate with target audiences.
Revise scripts based on feedback from team members and stakeholders.
Stay up to date with industry trends, storytelling techniques, and new media platforms.
Participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and concepts for new projects.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Screenwriter, with a strong portfolio of completed scripts.
Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to create engaging and relatable characters.
Strong command of language and grammar, with exceptional writing and editing skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with a creative team.
Familiarity with screenplay formatting and industry-standard software (e.g., Final Draft, Celtx).
Strong research skills and the ability to adapt to various genres and styles.
Preferred:
Experience writing for digital platforms, including social media, web series, and promotional content.
Understanding of marketing and audience engagement strategies.
Knowledge of film production processes and the ability to write scripts that consider practical production aspects.
