Job Description:
We are hiring a Salesperson to expand our client base and drive sales in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in the wholesale building materials industry, specifically with PVC pipes and fittings, and be willing to travel daily within a 100-250 km radius.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Travel within a 100-250 km radius to meet clients and promote our products.

• Present and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.

• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Provide exceptional customer service and handle any inquiries or complaints.

• Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.

• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Preferred Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience in the wholesale building materials industry (PVC pipes and fittings preferred).

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills.

• Strong convincing power.

• Effective negotiation skills.

• Can-do attitude.

• Excellent time management.

• Leadership qualities.

Compensation:

• Commission-based role (No fixed salary).

• Travel and food allowances will be provided by the company.
