Job Description:
As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dealers by providing outstanding customer service and ensuring they have access to the products they need. Key Responsibilities:
- Visit dealer or partner location to take orders.
- Help dealers understand product and its quality.
- Provide dealers with detailed information about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Process purchases efficiently and accurately.
- Address and elevate dealer complaints to management when necessary.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of low stock items.
- A degree in sales, marketing, commerce, or a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in wholesale, especially in kitchenware and kitchen appliances, is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory.
- Flexibility to work during busy shifts and weekends.
- Strong motivation and a positive attitude.
