A sales trainer's job is to help sales teams improve their performance by providing them with the tools, skills, and knowledge they need to be successful. Their responsibilities include:
Training Developing and delivering training programs, including curriculum and other resources
Mentoring Coaching sales teams and providing guidance to managers on employee professional development
Assessing Analyzing sales KPI's and performance results to evaluate the effectiveness of training
Planning Developing an annual training plan and structuring training plans to meet financial objectives
Creating Designing and developing training materials, including exams and certifications
Conducting exercise sessions for new and current sales employees, and observing sales encounters to collect feedback
Collaborating Working with cross-functional teams, such as sales managers, marketing, and medical
Staying updated Staying updated with new product and Services.

repairs new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process, develops individual coaching plans, provides resources and assistance, and schedules orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.

Conducts exercise sessions for new and current sales employees.

Observes sales encounters and collects feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.

Coordinates with District Sales managers and head sales managers.

Structures training plans to meet financial objectives.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
