Sales Trainee
- Making or answering phone calls and explaining about various online/classroom based training courses offered by our company such Tally, SAP etc
- Contacting leads/prospective students using scripts.
- Obtaining leads information and other relevant data.
- Maintaining data in CRM Tool
- Preparing daily report at the end of the day
- Asking questions to the leads and understanding their training needs
- Resolving queries and issues related to training.
- Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals.
- Suggesting solutions based on leads/student’s needs and requirements.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
