Sales Telecaller

Job Summary:
The Telesales/Counsellor will be responsible for contacting potential clients, providing information about products or services, and guiding them through the decision-making process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and the ability to understand client needs to offer suitable solutions. The ideal candidate will also offer counseling to clients, addressing their concerns, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calls:
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote products/services.
  • Follow up with leads to generate sales opportunities.
  • Counselling and Consultation:
  • Understand the needs and concerns of clients and offer relevant advice or solutions.
  • Provide counseling and guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer queries and complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Sales Targets and Goals:
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to offer accurate information to clients.
  • Database Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales.
  • Reporting and Feedback:
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager.
  • Share feedback from clients to help improve products/services.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or counseling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Persuasive and results-oriented approach to sales.
  • Ability to handle customer objections and resolve issues.
  • A background in sales, marketing, or psychology is preferred.

  • Patience and empathy when dealing with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Time management and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:
  • Office-based role with a requirement for making outbound calls.
  • Flexible working hours may be required to meet sales targets.
Job Type: फ़ुल-टाइम
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
