Job Title: On-Site Sales Representative
Location: Jaipur
Job Summary:
The On-Site Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with customers directly at a specific location to promote and sell products or services. This role involves understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Execution:
o Promote and sell the company’s products or services directly to customers at the on-site location.
o Generate leads and actively seek out new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
o Demonstrate product features and benefits to potential customers.
o Close sales deals and process customer orders.
2. Customer Engagement:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
o Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
o Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.
3. Product Knowledge:
o Stay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor products.
o Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the company’s offerings to potential buyers.
4. Reporting & Administration:
o Maintain accurate sales records and update customer data as needed.
o Prepare regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and overall performance.
Key Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven sales experience, preferably in an on-site or field sales environment.

• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Graduate or equivalent (a bachelor's degree in business or a related field is a plus).

• Previous sales experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and CRM tools.

• Valid driver's license (if travel between sites is required).

Work Environment:

• This position may involve working outdoors or at various client locations.

• Occasional travel may be required to visit different sites or attend sales events.

Compensation:

• Base salary with commission incentives.
