Job Description :
- Generate Sales through Team
- Responsible for funnel creation by ensuring team is doing proper catchment working & lead closure
- Regular customer visits, finding out insights & training team in pitching
- Governance of team by looking at input & output metrics of the team
- De-averaging data & arriving at opportunity areas in the market to tap into Team Management
- De-average on team's performance & take corrective actions
- Motivate & engage team to meet targets & earn incentives
- Handhold new fleet to ensure they are trained & brought up to speed
