Manage leads generated through website forms and Meta ads. Follow up via Whats App and calls to engage customers and address their queries
Maintain clear communication with leads and customers, providing details about trips, pricing, and available packages
Follow up with leads systematically through multiple attempts and convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
