Sales Representative (Female)

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and fostering relationships with clients. Your role will be crucial in promoting our marketing services, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services.
- Understand client needs and tailor marketing solutions to meet their requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback on customer insights and market trends to help improve service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the marketing or advertising sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Female candidates preferred for this position.
