This is a field job. After undergoing necessary training, the candidate is exppected to visit offices of real-estate builders and industries where there is a regular demand for gensets. By talking to the purchase officer, the candidate should be able to generate an enquiry for the genset which should be converted to a sale with regular follow-up. Candidate will get an incentive on every enquiry generated by him that leads to a sale, apart from the fixed salary. This is an excellent opportunity to develop marketing and persuasion skills which are necessary in any industry.
