We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Ymatech Professional Services PVT LTD. The Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with prospective customers via phone, email, and chat to understand their needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of our services and products to effectively present them to clients.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities and closing sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the customer service and marketing teams to align on customer needs and strategies.
- Continuously improve sales techniques and knowledge of products and services.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles.
- Must speak fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple client interactions simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of genealogy software, like Family Tree Maker, is a plus.
