Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to warm leads and convert them into memberships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to push membership sales.
- Proactively engage with potential clients, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about the club’s offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Continuously analyze sales performance and suggest new strategies for growth.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a fitness or luxury service industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and stay organized.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for exceeding targets.
- Fluent in English.
Pay: ₹8,253.06 - ₹12,000.00 per month
