- Selling: Selling products by developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions
- Maintaining client relationships: Providing support, information, and guidance to clients, and researching and recommending new opportunities
- Following up: Following up with prospective clients through calls, emails, and visits
- Assisting with debt collection: Assisting with debt collection in assigned accounts or regions from existing clients
- Answering questions: Answering questions about the store and its products
- Maintaining logs: Maintaining call logs and footfall logs on a daily basis
- Addressing queries: Addressing customer queries regarding delivery
