Sales Representative
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive to help customers find their perfect plot or duplex within our township. The ideal candidate will not only have a deep understanding of sales strategies but also possess the interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with clients. Your role will be to guide clients through the sales process, offering a consultative approach while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide comprehensive information on available plots and duplexes in our township.
- Build strong relationships with clients through interactive and personalized communication.
- Ensure a smooth and professional sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of our projects, including layout plans, pricing, and features.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to interact and engage with clients effectively.
- Self-driven, with a passion for sales and a customer-first approach.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions accordingly.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
