Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in product sales, with a strong ability to understand customer requirements and deliver effective solutions. You will play a key role in driving sales and expanding our customer base.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify and engage potential customers to promote Ayurherb products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Achieve sales targets consistently and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed.
- Gather customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support promotional initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in product sales, preferably in the wellness or beauty sector.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with customers.
- Target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic products is a plus but not required.
**Job Timing:**
- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
