**Overview:**
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Industrial Product Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves promoting and selling our range of industrial filter products to various sectors, including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building lasting client relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Sales Development:** Identify and target potential customers through research and networking. Generate leads and develop a robust sales pipeline.
- **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our industrial products and their applications to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- **Client Engagement:** Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
- **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Market Analysis:** Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to identify opportunities and adjust sales strategies.
- **Sales Strategy:** Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns. Set and achieve sales targets and goals.
- **Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in the company CRM system. Provide regular reports to management.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market demands.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in industrial sales or a similar role.

- Strong understanding of industrial products and their applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
