BSGYMS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving membership sales, managing client relationships, and promoting our premium fitness services. You will use your leadership skills to meet and exceed sales targets, while also contributing to the overall growth of the gym. Key Responsibilities:
Promote BSGYMS' premium fitness services and membership plans to prospective clients.
Generate new sales through lead follow-up, phone calls, and walk-ins.
Provide leadership in developing and maintaining strong relationships with members to encourage referrals and renewals.
Conduct gym tours, explaining features such as state-of-the-art equipment, dance classes, Cross Fit area, etc.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM software.
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Assist in developing sales strategies and marketing initiatives to attract new memberships.
Stay updated on fitness trends and competitor offerings to effectively position BSGYMS.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in advertising sales, business administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales and management, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
Proven leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and lead a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Passion for fitness and a proactive approach to learning about gym services and trends.
