We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team to boost offline sales for our sports nutrition product line. The Sales Representative will play a key role in increasing revenue by engaging directly with clients, managing shop-to-shop interactions, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with retailers. This is an exciting opportunity for those passionate about fitness and nutrition who thrive in a field-oriented, travel-intensive role. Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: Travel within assigned territory to visit retail outlets, gyms, and sports nutrition stores to introduce and promote our product range.
Sales Generation: Build relationships with shop owners and decision-makers to generate orders and increase product visibility.
Payment Coordination: Follow up on payments and ensure timely collections, maintaining a healthy cash flow.
Sales Growth Support: Gather insights from the field and provide valuable feedback to management on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Product Knowledge: Understand the technical aspects of our products and communicate their benefits effectively to clients.
Reporting: Regularly update records of visits, sales activities, orders, and collections.
Requirements:
Experience in Sales: Previous experience in field sales, especially within the sports nutrition, FMCG, or health and wellness industry, is preferred.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and relationship-building.
Self-Motivated & Driven: Ability to work independently in the field, with a goal-oriented approach to achieving sales targets.
Travel-Friendly: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with clients.
Passion for Health & Fitness: A keen interest in sports nutrition and fitness products is a plus.
