Job Description:
We are seeking a self-driven and dedicated Sales Officer to manage and execute field sales activities in the outer parts of Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have up to 3 years of experience in the FMCG food industry. This role requires independent work, with responsibility for all aspects of sales, from strategy development to execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month

This role requires independent work, with responsibility for all aspects of sales, from strategy development to execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently conduct field sales in the outer parts of Rajasthan.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and generate leads.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
- Regularly visit the market to gather insights and feedback.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process without team support.
- Up to 3 years of experience in field sales within the FMCG food industry.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets independently.
- Strong knowledge of the FMCG food market in Rajasthan.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
