Sales team management: Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, set individual sales targets, and provide training.
Market research: Find potential customers, competitors' strategies, and market trends.
Sales planning: Create strategic sales plans to meet company goals.
Sales execution: Implement sales strategies, promote products, and maintain relationships with clients and retailers.
Customer relations: Respond to customer complaints and feedback, and build rapport with key clients.
Inventory management: Process orders and manage inventory levels with supply chain and logistic teams.
Reporting and analysis: Generate sales reports, identify areas for improvement, and suggest corrective actions.
Collaboration with marketing: Work with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies.
Dispatch planning: Work with marketing teams to order processing & dispatch strategies.
Payment collection: Work with marketing teams to overlook the payment collection & market outstanding status.
Required skills and qualifications · Three or more years of sales experience in FMCG Industry. · Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills. · Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
