Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Create relationships with industry leaders and maintain strong business connections.
- Provide input for marketing materials based on firsthand market experiences.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand current market trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and that product delivery aligns with customer expectations.
- Follow up on sales, collect payments, and ensure timely delivery of products, either personally or by coordinating with logistics providers.
- Manage the updating of market data and customer profiles on company software.
- Handle grey areas, mishaps on the road, resales, and after-sales service.
- Represent the company with pride in our quality products in all dealings.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Strong understanding of the copper wire market and its applications is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
