Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Research Potential Buyers: Conduct market research to identify potential clients interested in investing in resort properties.
- Travel for Client Meetings: Visit various locations to meet potential clients and promote the resort offerings.
- Present Resort Features: Effectively communicate the unique selling points of the Green Heritage Resort, showcasing its benefits and attractions.
- Build Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients to encourage conversions.
- Follow Up: Regularly follow up with leads and provide them with necessary information to facilitate decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team: Work alongside the marketing team to develop effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Provide Feedback: Gather market insights and client feedback to improve marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for client meetings.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
