Sales Interior Designer

Job Description: Sales Interior Designer Location: Ksquare Infratech and Interiors Pvt Ltd, Delhi Department: Sales and Design Reporting to: Sales Manager / Design Head --- Role Summary: The Sales Interior Designer plays a dual role, blending creative interior design skills with sales expertise. They are responsible for generating leads, consulting with clients, and offering personalized design solutions while driving sales and ensuring project profitability. --- Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and partnerships with architects, builders, and property developers. Coordinate with the Sales Manager for lead management and conversion strategies. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools. 2. Client Consultation: Meet with potential clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints. Provide design suggestions, material recommendations, and concept presentations tailored to client needs. Offer free consultations to attract and engage new customers. 3. Design Development & Coordination: Collaborate with the design team to create detailed layouts, 3D renders, and mood boards based on client inputs. Ensure design solutions align with the client’s vision, timelines, and budget. Coordinate with site supervisors and procurement managers to monitor the design’s implementation. 4. Quotation & Proposal Creation: Prepare estimates and quotations based on client requirements. Provide transparent cost breakdowns and explain pricing components to clients. Negotiate project terms to ensure both profitability and customer satisfaction. 5. Project Monitoring: Stay updated with project progress, ensuring the design is executed as planned. Assist the project manager in resolving any design-related issues during execution. Conduct site visits to maintain quality control and alignment with the design vision. 6. Material Knowledge & Vendor Interaction: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and technologies. Coordinate with vendors for material samples and selections. Provide clients with branded material recommendations and test reports. 7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Document all interactions and feedback in the CRM system for better tracking and follow-ups. --- Qualifications & Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field. 2-5 years of experience in sales and interior design, preferably in the contracting industry. Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and materials. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Sketch Up, or similar tools) and CRM tools. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. --- Performance Metrics: Lead conversion rate and number of new clients onboarded. Revenue generated from projects. Client satisfaction and feedback. Adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaboration with the design and project teams. --- This role is integral to combining aesthetics with sales, ensuring that every project delivered by Ksquare Infratech And Interiors Pvt Ltd aligns with customer expectations while contributing to the company’s revenue
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,158.37 - ₹50,767.60 per month
