Product Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our construction services, products, and industry trends to effectively communicate benefits to clients.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, bids, and quotes tailored to client needs and project specifications.
Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and improvement.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM software.
Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and the operations team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale to address any issues and ensure repeat business.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or related industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
