Sales Executive - Real Estate
Job Profile
● Organize, Plan and Implement (real-estate) project specific sales.
● Discuss and follow-up on opportunities with prospective buyers.
● Coordinate site visits with prospective buyers and enable deal closure.
● Handle daily operations including internal company CRM tools.
● Take ownership and initiative to hone up real estate knowledge and stay up-to-date with rules& regulations in the Indian real estate market.
● Maintain cordial relationships with prospective Builder and Prospective buyers andother customers of the company
.● Meeting Property Service Providers.
● On boarding them to Property Pistol Syndicate Platform and Network
.● Explaining the wide range of Services available for them in Property Pistol Syndicate Network
.● Making available property data bases of the area.
● Catering clients as per their need from the available data base by calling and personalvisits. “Positive Sales Leads will be provided by the Company only”
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
