This role involves promoting the hotel’s services and facilities, identifying potential clients, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, and event planners.
Conduct sales presentations and hotel tours to showcase the property’s features and services.
Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote the hotel and generate leads.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and tailor proposals to meet their requirements.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Sales Strategy:
Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generated.
Prepare reports on sales performance and market analysis for management review.
Utilize sales software and CRM systems to track leads and manage client relationships.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Previous sales experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
Strong negotiation skills and a customer-focused mindset.
