Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you'll spearhead our sales efforts, driving revenue generation and fostering client relationships. Your pivotal role involves identifying new prospects, nurturing leads, and closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
 Identify and engage potential clients, focusing on key decision-makers within the target market.
 Conduct product demonstrations either in person or via virtual platforms like Zoom, effectively
showcasing the application's value proposition.
 Cultivate client relationships, discerning their unique requirements and proposing tailored solutions.
 Conduct market research to pinpoint emerging opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends.
 Deliver compelling sales presentations and demos, elucidating the benefits of our offerings.
 Address client inquiries promptly, furnishing accurate information about our products and services.
 Negotiate pricing and contractual terms, striving for mutually beneficial agreements.
 Collaborate with the sales team to devise and execute strategic plans to meet and surpass sales targets.
 Compile and furnish sales reports, forecasts, and pertinent documentation as needed.
 Stay updated on product features and industry developments to offer informed insights.
 Provide exemplary post-sales support, fostering enduring client relationships to bolster retention rates.
Requirements:
 Proven experience in sales, preferably within the IT sector or B2B sales experience.
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Ability to comprehend client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
 Proficiency in conducting product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually.
 Strong market research acumen to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
 Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
 Collaborative spirit, with a knack for working seamlessly within a team.
 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
