Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales and driving growth for Techavia IT Solutions' products and services. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and work toward achieving sales targets. The role requires a dynamic individual who is driven, results-oriented, and passionate about selling technology solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect & Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential leads and new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
  • Use various platforms such as Linked In, sales databases, and networking events to build a robust pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Understand client needs and tailor product offerings to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Presentations:
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing Techavia’s offerings such as web design, ecommerce solutions, digital marketing services, and AI implementations.
  • Sales Process:
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal.
  • Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Provide input into the development of marketing materials and campaigns based on client feedback.
  • Reporting & KPIs:
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status for management review.
Key Requirements
  • Experience:
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT, Saa S, or digital solutions.
  • Prior experience in a similar role within the technology or digital space is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of digital solutions, ecommerce, and IT services.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Hub Spot, Zoho CRM).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
