To meet the customers, prospects and investors and accompanying them to the meetings and site visits. · To maintain a Healthy and Professional Relationship with the developers. · Visit and collect information regarding TO-LETS, residential and commercial properties available for rent as well as for Sales. · Visit the developer's office as needed to follow up on payments, receive checks, and manage any other documentation work. Ensure all tasks are appropriately addressed. · To make regular and effective follow-ups to the leads and clients. · To keep regular touch with the existing customers and assure them of providing better services which leads to generate new business opportunities. · To develop and implement new marketing strategies. · To maintain the team discipline, to report on daily basis to the authority and to the immediate reporting senior in writing only, preferably in emails or prescribed formats of the company. · To assist and to lead teams if directed by the authority to achieve the maximum sales volume. · To develop the product acquisition system by identifying new residential and commercial properties and to do the needful to add them into the company’s products base.
