Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about Hyundai vehicles, features, and financing options.
- Conduct test drives and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Promoting dealership packages and add-ons
- Ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the dealership team to create a positive customer experience.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Hyundai products and industry trends.
- Participating in special sales events
- Most have two wheelers with driving license
- Good communication skill , good behavior, self driven & self motivated
- Should have knowledge of marketing skill, hard working & punctual.
- Should have convenience skill & agree to visit market on daily basis
- Maintain the discipline and follow the sales process.
- Graduate/Mechanical/ Automobile field.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus point.
- Apart from salary & other benefits there is attractive incentive for employee.
- Attractive performance-based incentives of up to ₹35,000 per month for top-performing candidates.
