Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and manage leads for bank auction properties
- Perform site visits with potential buyers and provide detailed property information
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Assist in closing property deals and achieving sales targets
- Willingness to travel as required for site visits and meetings
- 0-2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Willingness to travel for site visits
