Sales Executive

Job Description:
Antoiler, a rapidly growing directory app for service professionals and blue-collar workers, is looking for enthusiastic Onboarding Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. If you have experience in merchant onboarding (e.g., Pay Tm, Phone Pe, Google Pay), love meeting new people, and thrive in a field sales environment, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard Service Professionals/Blue Collar Workers: Meet with service providers (electricians, plumbers, mechanics, etc.) to onboard them onto Antoiler’s platform.
Field Sales: Conduct field visits to identify and enroll potential service professionals across designated areas.
Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate the benefits of Antoiler and convince service providers to join the platform.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with onboarded professionals to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly/monthly onboarding targets as defined by the company.
Requirements:
Own Bike: Must have a personal vehicle (bike) for field visits.
Experience: Previous experience in onboarding professionals (such as Pay Tm, Phone Pe, or Google Pay merchant onboarding) is mandatory.
Field Sales Expertise: A passion for sales and the ability to excel in a field sales environment.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Basic understanding of mobile apps and the ability to guide service professionals through the onboarding process.
