Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive (Field Staff) to join our team at the Kottayam outlet. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit potential and existing customers to present products and services.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Keep updated on the company’s product offerings and market trends.
- Report on daily activities, sales progress, and customer feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and work on the field.
- Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
