Global Healthcare Academy is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential customers, including healthcare professionals and doctors, to promote and sell our Continued Medical Education (CME) courses. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and convincing skills to effectively drive sales and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and doctors to introduce and sell our CME courses.
Identify and qualify leads, understanding customer needs and tailoring course offerings to meet those needs.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals to encourage repeat business.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
Maintain a database of potential and existing customers, tracking communication and follow-up activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns.
Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
Address customer queries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and convince customers effectively.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to drive sales.
Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of healthcare and medical education is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare or Sales background is a plus).
0-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar role.

Pay: ₹16,663.14 - ₹30,575.50 per month
