Prospecting and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including phone calls, online outreach, and networking events.
Qualifying leads by conducting phone interviews and understanding their career goals and qualifications.
Building rapport with candidates and providing them with information about our recruitment services.
Scheduling appointments with our recruitment team for qualified candidates.
Maintaining accurate records and updating our internal systems.
Qualifications:
Graduation in any discipline (freshers or candidates with 1 year of experience welcome).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
A positive and results-oriented attitude.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office Suite preferred).
