Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers.
3. Conduct property presentations and site visits with potential buyers.
4. Negotiate sales agreements and manage the sales process from start to finish.
5. Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute strategies and campaigns to attract potential buyers.
7. Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
8. Maintain an updated database of leads and clients in CRM systems.
9. Provide after-sales support and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
10. Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and other industry-related activities.
Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong understanding of the real estate market and property laws.
