Good Techno Commercial Knowledge Written and verbal communication skills - needed for communicating with a range of people, both internally and externally, as well as presentation skills. Negotiating skills. Ability to think strategically. Strong Customer Centric Approach. Co-ordinate with internal team and ensure that customer mails \ queries are answered in a timely manner. Manage Front End Customer communication pertaining to orders. Attend \ Participate review \ progress updates calls with Customer. Maintain & update customer communication tracker (Order related) on daily basis and co-ordinate with internal team for closure in a time bound manner. Escalate & discuss pending issues & OTD issues on daily basis. Commercial & Technical Review of Orders. Customer account Reco. and Receivables follow-up. Ensure timely entry of orders in the system and OA issues within specified time frame. Manage Customer portals for details such as New Order, & OA Issuance & Forecast. Maintain close follow-up \ contact with customer and provide necessary feedback to management on customer issues related to orders \ delivery etc. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits:
