Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or customer service and a strong desire to connect with potential customers. You will be tasked with reaching out to qualified leads and guiding them through the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to qualified leads through phone calls and follow-up communications to present our offerings.
Build and nurture relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and identify solutions.
Conduct engaging presentations and discussions to highlight the benefits of our offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and enhance sales efforts.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales techniques.
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our solutions.
Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building rapport over the phone.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive to succeed.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
