Needs Assessment: - Conduct thorough consultations to gauge clients' specific needs, wants, and goals. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all company courses and offerings to ensure accurate guidance. - Identify potential areas where the company's courses can add value to the client's goals and objectives. Bridge Building Foster strong relationships between the company and its clients to ensure long-term customer loyalty. - Communicate client feedback to relevant departments, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Follow-ups: Continuously engage with clients, both current and prospective, to ensure they are informed about new courses or updates. - Track the progress of clients who have enrolled in courses, providing support and additional guidance as needed. Sales and Marketing Support: - Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights from clients, helping shape marketing campaigns and materials. Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets. Continuous Learning: - Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices to provide clients with the most accurate and current information. - Attend relevant training and workshops to enhance counseling skills and product knowledge. Administrative Tasks: Ensure all client interactions and outcomes are accurately documented in the company's CRM system or relevant databases. - Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
