Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive
Client Counseling:
- Engage with clients in a professional and personable manner to understand their individual needs.
- Provide detailed information about the company's courses, helping clients make informed decisions.
- Address and resolve any doubts, concerns, or misconceptions the clients may have.
Needs Assessment:
- Conduct thorough consultations to gauge clients' specific needs, wants, and goals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all company courses and offerings to ensure accurate guidance.
- Identify potential areas where the company's courses can add value to the client's goals and objectives.
Bridge Building
Foster strong relationships between the company and its clients to ensure long-term customer loyalty.
- Communicate client feedback to relevant departments, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Follow-ups:
Continuously engage with clients, both current and prospective, to ensure they are informed about new courses or updates.
- Track the progress of clients who have enrolled in courses, providing support and additional guidance as needed.
Sales and Marketing Support:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to provide insights from clients, helping shape marketing campaigns and materials.
Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
Continuous Learning:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and best practices to provide clients with the most accurate and current information.
- Attend relevant training and workshops to enhance counseling skills and product knowledge.
Administrative Tasks:
Ensure all client interactions and outcomes are accurately documented in the company's CRM system or relevant databases.
- Handle client queries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with other teams within the company to ensure cohesive and comprehensive service delivery.
- Share insights and learnings from client interactions with peers and supervisors to enhance overall team performance.
Ethical Standards
- Always maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics in all interactions with clients.
- Ensure that all guidance provided is in the best interest of the client and aligns with the company's values and principles.

Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
