Job Summary: Vibes Wellness is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Counselor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wellness and a knack for building strong customer relationships. As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for educating potential customers about our wellness products and services, converting leads into sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
Engage with potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their wellness needs.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing personalized consultations and product recommendations.
Provide detailed product and service information, addressing customer questions and concerns to ensure they feel confident in their purchase decisions.
Sales Target Achievement:
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Sales Manager.
Drive sales by effectively matching customer needs with the appropriate wellness solutions offered by Vibes Wellness.
Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Lead Generation and Follow-Up:
Identify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, outbound calls, and email campaigns.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, events, and digital channels.
Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and sales strategies to effectively promote wellness solutions.
Product Knowledge & Training:
Gain a deep understanding of the full range of Vibes Wellness products, including wellness programs, health supplements, and lifestyle services.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings to provide expert advice to customers.
Assist in training new team members on product knowledge and sales techniques as needed.
Customer Feedback & Service:
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development and marketing teams to improve services and offerings.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Assist customers with post-purchase queries, including billing, product usage, and renewals.
Reporting & Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM system.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager.
Provide insights on sales trends, customer preferences, and areas for improvement.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the wellness, health, or lifestyle sector.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple leads simultaneously.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Passion for wellness and a proactive approach to learning about new products and trends.
Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
