Job Description:
We are seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our team and work on a target-based sales model. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for counseling potential leads and guiding them through the application process for our Ph D and Masters programs abroad. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for helping students, and a target-driven approach.
Responsibilities:

• Counsel prospective students and parents on study abroad options, focusing on Ph D, Direct Ph D, and Masters programs.
• Understand client needs and guide them through the admission process.
• Achieve sales targets by converting leads into successful enrollments.
• Provide detailed program information and highlight the benefits of studying abroad.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and their families throughout the process.
• Work closely with the internal team to ensure a smooth application process.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work in a target-based environment.
Experience in sales or educational consultancy is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
