Receive and register customer concerns and complaints
Route the complaints to proper service team and follow up for updates
Talk to customers to get their feedback after service
Register fresh enquiries
Cold calling and finding leads
Coordinate with sales and service team on a daily basis
Computer knowledge is mandatory
Fluency in Malayalam
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
