Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and identify sales opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through research and outreach.
- Client Engagement: Build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to convert leads into customers.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with leads to ensure continued interest and move them through the sales funnel.
- Deal Closure: Negotiate terms and close deals over the phone, ensuring client satisfaction and meeting sales targets.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Market Feedback: Provide feedback to the team on market trends, client objections, and potential improvements to the sales process.
- Experience: Fresher to 1 year
- Skills: Strong cold calling, lead generation, and sales closing skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive speaking ability.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships quickly.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Working Hours: Night Shift
- Location: Mohali, Punjab
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
